I love ducks 🦆 ! My neighbor has two; a Pekin and a Mallard, both male. Even though they belong to him, they spend a lot of time in our yard because we have ponds, and I also feed them when I put seed out for the birds. I can feed the Pekin (I call him Albus) by hand, but the Mallard (Severus) hasn’t deemed me worthy yet.😂

He may have an issues with humans in the past. If you leave corn in the shore for these ducks they will fly up close to you to eat it. Only the coot keeps a distance. I think several people are feeding them.

I went down to see them today. They are still there with the lone coot. It’s a dark day here again. Happy Sunday!
