Red Shouldered Hawk?

Is this a red-shouldered hawk? Another one was nearby and kept calling to it. The call sounded like the call of a red shouldered I heard online. What do you think?

If you have nice weather tomorrow, get out and enjoy it. For some it may be the calm before the storm.

    1. I call him Starbucks. I see him there from time to time. I am guessing mice are attracted to that location because of Starbucks and neighbouring fast food restaurants that have woods behind them. This time I also saw its mate. Starbucks does not care you are there, the mate keeps a distance.
