I don’t think it’s fishing line. Not sure. They come close but not too close. You would not be able to help it. If it bothered it too much I bet it would seek out people for help. There is one with no foot. I think maybe a snapping turtle got it. That one flew right up to me and wanted it own pile of corn. Since the cold snap the don’t come close to shore with the ice.
